Three crew with fake certificates, detained vessel, Greece

Three crew of a general cargo ship ARMONIA was detained for possession of bogus seaman certificates by officials of the Kavala Port Authority on November 18. 

The ship was arrested for inquiry. She arrived from Koper Slovenia on November 13, Skikda Algeria was the next destination port.
